  3.     CORPORATE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE

  5. A special meeting of the Board of Directors of THE CORPORATE
  6. CORPORATION, INC., Inc., was held on SEPTEMBER 11, 1993, at
  7. BASEMENT OF AL'S WIENER DOG RESTAURANT, pursuant to, and, upon a
  8. motion made regularly and in proper order, and seconded, the board
  9. of directors of THE CORPORATE CORPORATION, INC., agreed:

  11. That the corporation shall sell the following parcel of real
